Dr. Paulinus Woka Ihuah is a Reader and Researcher in the Department of Estate Management, Faculty of Environmental Sciences, Rivers State University, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. He has over 16 years teaching and research experience in Property Development Appraisal, Project Planning and Management, Property management, as well as in real estate sustainability and valuation.
He hold a Bachelor of Technology in Estate Management with Second Class Upper Division from now Rivers State University, Masters of Science in Project Planning and Management from the University of Bradford, United Kingdom and Doctor of Philosophy in Built Environment of the University of Salford, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom.
He was Acting Head of Department Estate Management for 4 years. Currently, he is the Acting Dean, Faculty of Environmental Sciences, a proactive Associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), a current member of the national Education committee of NIESV and a registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer (RSV).
Equally, he is a full member of the Project Management Association (APM) United Kingdom. He has extensively published papers in both international and local journals.
He is happily married and blessed with five Children.
