Mrs. Ibimonia Biobele Sotonye Harry (Nee Bob-Manuel), the Acting Registrar, Rivers State University, Nkpolu-Oroworukwo, Port Harcourt was appointed on 8th March, 2024. Prior to her appointment, she had risen through the ranks in the Administrative Cadre in the University. She hails from Abonnema in Akuku-Toru Local Government Area of Rivers State.
