Mr. Chukwuma Ebere

Acting Chief Security Officer, River State University

Mr. Chukwuma Ebere is an indigene of Ibaa in Emohua Local Government Area of Rivers State Nigeria.

He was employed in 1997 as Senior Patrolman in Security Unit of Rivers State University of Science and Technology, now Rivers State University,  Nkpolu Oroworukwo Port Harcourt.

Mr Chukwuma Ebere rose to the rank of Deputy Chief Security Officer in 2006 and was later appointed as the Acting Chief Security Officer of Rivers State University, Nkpolu Oroworukwo, Port Harcourt.   

Mr Chukwuma Ebere has Bachelor of Science (BSC) Degree in Mathematics, obtained Professional Diploma in Safety and Security Management from Consultancy Services Department of Rivers State University and Certificate of ITC Competence from the same University.

He has held several positions such as the Officer in charge of Intelligence and Surveillance Section, Information Communication and Technology Centre Security Section and Radio Communication Room.

He has also attended some Security Courses/Training, on Security Management, Protection of Critical Infrastructures, Basic Security and Intelligence, Managing Security and Security Challenges.

Mr Chukwuma Ebere is married with children.
