REFUTAL
The attention of the Management of the Rivers State University, Nkpolu-Oroworukwo, Port Harcourt, has been drawn to an announcement circulating in the social media, purported to be released by the University, wherein it was alleged that the University shall hold its Matriculation Ceremony on Monday 17th March, 2025. We wish to state categorically that the said announcement is not from the Rivers State University.
This is therefore a refutal and to inform students, parents and the general public that the said announcement is fake. The Rivers State University will release the actual date for the Matriculation Ceremony at the appropriate time.
The general public is advised to ignore such false announcement.
