Dr. Victor Nonso Enebeli

Dr. Victor Nonso Enebeli is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Public Law, Faculty of Law, Rivers State University and current Secretary of the Continuous Legal Education Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association, Port Harcourt Branch.

He is an expert in Constitutional and Administrative Law and has written over 40 articles in the above mentioned areas of law. His research interest addresses contemporary issues in Nigeria that bothers on oil and gas law, medical law and practice, international transport law and international human rights.

He is also passionate about judicial reforms and legal education, which earned him his appointment as the Secretary of the Continuous Legal Education Committee (CLE) of the NBA Port Harcourt Branch. Dr Enebeli has delivered thought provoking conference papers on various professional platforms and is a recipient of multiple awards.

He bagged his LLB (Hons) from London Metropolitan University, LLM (International Business Law) from Coventry University, UK and is duly called to the Nigerian Bar as Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He holds a PhD in Comparative Constitutional Law from Coventry University, UK.
